Also known as the "Land of God"

Kinnaur District is a mountainous area in northern India, ranging at an altitude of 2,320 to 6,816 metres. There are several mountain villages, such as Kalpa, Sangla, Rekong Peo, Nako (and many more) that offer breathtaking views. The main attractions in the area is the Bhaba Valley, Basba River, Narayan-Nagini Temple, White Spiti Valley and Kamru Fort.

My favorite thing is to go where I've never been.

Located in the state of Himachal Pradesh in northern India

How to get there:

You cannot fly or take the train to get to Kinnaur. But it can be easily reached via Shimla. Buses run from Shimla to different parts of Kinnaur. The best option is the hire a tour operator because the region is not very suitable for tourists yet.
