We work hard to keep the information up to date, but occasionally things change, or mistakes slip through the net. We’d really appreciate it if you drop us an email and tell us about any inaccuracies you’ve found, so we can quickly fix them.
How to add relevant information to the site?
You can enrich the content of the website by adding new places or a comment in the comments section in any attraction. This way, you will help your backpacker friends to better plan their trip.
How can I subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the home page. To unsubscribe from the Fenceless newsletter, you can use the ‘unsubscribe’ link found at the bottom of every newsletter. Once this has been selected, you’ll no longer receive our monthly newsletter.
What to do if I have some questions on some spot of the site?
If you have questions on some places on different destinations, you can visit our blog, leave a comment in the comment section, the community will help you. Or send us an email in “contact us” and we will do our best to help you.
Do I have to register to use the site?
Nope. You can visit the whole site, including our destinations content, blog articles, and more without registering to the site. On the other hand, if you want to leave comments or add attractions, you must create an account and join the community to do so.
I found one of my photos on the site and I don’t have the credit?
We have great respect for the work of photographers. Email us as soon as possible if the photo credit is not yours. It will be our pleasure to mention you for your good work. Thank you!
